Competition Rules

Want stronger and toner legs? The Squat is where you will find that. Skeptical about your form? Don't worry, the video on the left, a demonstration by David Shelton III, will show you the general steps of a standard squat. If you still have questions, feel free to ask any of us.

Competition Rules:
1. The Top surface of the legs at the hip joint must be lower than the top of the knees.
2. Your knees must be locked before and after the lift.
3. Once the "Squat" command is given, DO NOT RE-POSITION
4. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE CHIEF REFEREE CALLS
5. You only get one shot per attempt. Ex. No "double bouncing"
